Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.AI Age>= 18 years; 2.The inpatient diagnosis is HTG-AP (TG>= 11.3 mmol/L and imaging assessment completed within 48 hours); 3.With abdominal imaging or FibroScan data, the status of MAFLD can be determined; 4.The medical records are complete;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pancreatitis caused by biliary, alcoholic, drug-induced, and other etiologies; 2.pregnancy; 3.Key data is missing, thus MAFLD or outcome cannot be determined; 4.Previous pancreatic surgery or malignant tumor;
