Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent surgical treatment at our hospital from January 2021 to December 2025, with no restriction on surgical type. 2.Patients who received complete intraoperative invasive blood pressure monitoring, BIS monitoring, and routine vital sign monitoring including electrocardiogram, pulse oximetry, respiration, and body temperature. 3.Complete and extractable intraoperative monitoring data, surgical anesthesia records, and medical record information. 4.Patients aged>=18 years with ASA physical status classification Grade ?-?.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Intraoperative monitoring device failure resulting in missing or interrupted invasive blood pressure, BIS, or core routine monitoring data for >=10 minutes; 2.Change of anesthesia method mid-operation or emergency conversion to another surgical type; 3.Missing key information in clinical medical records or surgical anesthesia records that prevents data integration; 4.Occurrence of uncontrollable severe medical accidents (e.g., sudden cardiac arrest, massive hemorrhage) during surgery that leads to distortion of monitoring data.
