40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 40-75 years; 2. First unilateral cerebral hemisphere stroke (onset>3 months, in the recovery phase); 3. Motor dysfunction in the affected upper limb (Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Upper Limb, FMA-UL score between 15-50); 4. Ability to understand and follow simple instructions (MMSE score>24); 5. Informed consent signed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of other severe neurological disorders (e.g., epilepsy, dementia); 2. Severe cognitive or psychiatric disorders; 3. Severe joint contractures or pain affecting training; 4. Metal implants in the head or cardiac pacemakers (contraindications); 5. Participation in other clinical trials.
