18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Parturients aged 18 to 40 years; 2.ASA physical status; 3.Height >= 150 cm and weight = 37 weeks; 5.Cephalic presentation; 6.Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score > 3 (on a scale of 0 = no pain to 10 = worst possible pain);

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Contraindications to neuraxial anesthesia; 2.Known allergy to anesthetics, sufentanil, or dexmedetomidine; 3.Bradycardia; 4.Multiple gestation; 5.Preeclampsia; 6.Fetal abnormalities; 7.Refusal to provide informed consent; 8.Other conditions: history of cesarean section, long-term use of sedatives or analgesics.
