Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants voluntarily agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form. 2.Diagnosed with breast cancer. 3.Within 1 month after axillary lymph node dissection surgery. 4.Aged 18 years or older.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of pre-existing health conditions, diseases, or disabilities that would interfere with participation in the lymphedema intervention. 2.Presence of other conditions affecting Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQOL), such as untreated cardiac, renal, or respiratory insufficiency.
