Gastroscopy and colonoscopy anesthesia

Interventions

Lidocaine aerosol group:Lidocaine aerosol was administered three times before anesthesia induction with remimazolam.
Blank control group:Normal saline spray was administered three times before anesthesia induction with remimazolam.

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years, with an ASA classification of I–II 2. Body mass index between 18 and 28 kg/m^2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with liver or kidney dysfunction; 2. Patients with a difficult airway; 3. Patients with potential allergies to the medications used in this study; 4. Patients with mental or cognitive disorders; 5. Patients who received sedation or anesthesia within 24 hours before anesthesia induction.
