Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with TBI through CT or MRI examination, and the severity of brain injury was evaluated based on the Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) score (a score of 13-15 indicates mild brain injury, 9-12 indicates moderate brain injury, and 3-8 indicates severe brain injury); 2. Survival time >= 28 days; 3. Age > 18 years old; 4. The medical records are complete;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnose aneurysms, vascular malformations, Moyamoya disease, stroke, brain tumors and spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage; Pregnancy or lactation 2. Severe abnormalities in liver and kidney functions 3. Abnormal immune function 4. Severe neurological dysfunction left over from a past medical history 5. Schizophrenia and other mental and psychological disorders
