Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the 2022 ESC diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure, and the New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function classification is grade II - III. 2.Type 2 diabetes was diagnosed by glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) test, and HbA1c >= 7%; 3.Age between 18 and 80 years old, gender is not restricted; 4.Have received regular basic treatment for heart failure (such as drugs like ACEI/ARB/ARNI, beta-blockers, aldosterone receptor antagonists, etc.) and the dosage is stable. 5.The patient and their family members are informed and give consent, and sign the informed consent form. 6.Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) <= 45%.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Cardiogenic shock; 2.Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency (Child - Pugh classification = grade B, estimated glomerular filtration rate eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73m²); 3.Type 1 diabetes or secondary diabetes; 4.Recent stroke or severe infection; 5.Allergic to vericiguat or its excipients; 6.Currently participating in other interventional clinical trials;
