Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the clinical and radiographic diagnostic criteria for Legg–Calvé–Perthes disease (LCPD); 2.Receiving nonoperative treatment throughout the entire course of the disease; 3.Having complete radiographic and outcome data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of secondary hip arthritis or other concomitant hip disorders during the disease course; 2.History of previous hip-related surgical intervention; 3.Incomplete radiographic or clinical records precluding outcome evaluation;
