Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Male or female patients aged >=18 years; 2.Diagnosed with tumefactive demyelinating lesions confirmed by pathology or clinical follow-up, or with primary central nervous system lymphoma confirmed by pathology; 3.Completion of conventional magnetic resonance imaging sequences as well as perfusion-weighted imaging, diffusion-weighted imaging, or diffusion tensor imaging prior to surgery; 4.Underwent imaging examinations with complete clinical and radiological data available;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with poor-quality imaging data that are unsuitable for quantitative analysis; 2.Patients who have previously undergone surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or corticosteroid treatment that may affect perfusion imaging results; 3.Patients with other central nervous system disorders (e.g., cerebral infarction, intracerebral hemorrhage, infectious lesions) that may interfere with imaging evaluation;
