Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age greater than 40 years old; 2. Received non-cardiac surgery at Meizhou People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2025; 3. Has complete preoperative fasting blood glucose (FBG), triglycerides (TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), and body mass index (BMI) data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Missing key clinical information and data (e.g., preoperative routine blood tests, postoperative cardiac troponin measurements, etc.); 2.Insufficient diagnostic information for MINS; 3.Missing perioperative data.
