Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.age 8–14-years-old; 2.A confirmed diagnosis of flexible flatfoot. 3.Failure of = 6 months of conservative treatment. 4.Patients who underwent subtalar arthroereisis (STA) with a minimum postoperative follow-up of 24 months. 5.Complete clinical and radiographic data, including preoperative and follow-up radiographs, medical records, and clinical scoring assessments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.tarsal coalition, including calcaneotalar coalition; 2.Rigid flatfoot or neuromuscular disorders. 3.Congenital vertical talus or other complex foot deformities. 4.Concomitant skeletal developmental abnormalities of the lower extremities. 5.Patients who underwent other concurrent foot reconstructive procedures.
