Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. atients diagnosed with one of the five high-risk postoperative complications: sepsis, pulmonary embolism, postoperative massive hemorrhage, consciousness disorder, and acute coronary syndrome; 2. The patient's age is >= 18 years old; 3. The clinical data are complete, including text, imaging and laboratory test data; 4. Resident trainees must be affiliated with a surgical residency training base.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases with incomplete clinical data or those that cannot be processed structurally; 2. Cases that have not undergone desensitization treatment; 3. Refuse to participate in this researcher; 4. Non-surgical base resident trainees.
