Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Valgus-impacted femoral neck fractures examined by X-ray and CT; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. In-situ fixation or fixation after reduction. 4. The internal fixation method is FNS (femoral neck system); 5. The clinical data were complete, and the follow-up time was at least >= 24 months; 6. Patients or family members give informed consent to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Pathological fractures (e.g., tumors, infections); 2.Combined with severe osteoporosis (T-value <-2.5) or metabolic bone disease; 3.History of previous hip surgery or hip dysfunction; 4.Combined with severe heart, liver, kidney and other organ insufficiency; 5.Patients with incomplete follow-up data or lost follow-up;
