Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Wilson's Disease Group (WD) : 1. All WD patients must have a Leipzig score >= 4 points. 2.? Grouping method: Patients are classified by senior neurologists (attending physicians or higher) based on clinical manifestations into ?hepatic type? (predominant liver impairment) or ?neurological type? (predominant brain damage). Normal Control Group ?Criteria: Healthy controls matched with WD patients in terms of sex, age, and education level. ?Additional requirements: Aged 18–30 years; Right-handed; No history of neurological or psychiatric disorders.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe neuropsychiatric symptoms; 2. Eligible patients with severe liver disease (Child-Pugh score of D); 3. The amplitude of head movement is too large to cooperate with the completion of MRI examination; 4. Those who are contraindicated to MRI examination.
