Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years, any gender; 2.Underwent brain tumor resection surgery and were pathologically diagnosed with a brain tumor; 3.Underwent standardized preoperative imaging examinations; 4.Underwent at least one postoperative imaging examination in the early postoperative period to assess bleeding; 5.Had complete postoperative imaging text reports and relevant clinical data; 6.Had complete follow-up information data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of other severe intracranial complications that could affect the judgment of postoperative progressive hemorrhage; 2.Poor quality of postoperative imaging data or presence of severe artifacts, making reliable radiomics analysis infeasible; 3.Complicated by severe coagulation disorders, hematological diseases, or long-term anticoagulant/antiplatelet therapy where the impact cannot be accurately assessed; 4.Previous brain surgery or radiotherapy at the same site, which might interfere with the interpretation of imaging features.
