Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Diagnosed with a primary benign tumor in the cerebellopontine angle region (e.g., vestibular schwannoma, meningioma) via MRI and treated with single-session or multi-session Gamma Knife surgery; 3.No ipsilateral intracranial aneurysm detected on baseline imaging prior to Gamma Knife treatment; 4.During postoperative regular follow-up, an ipsilateral or adjacent intracranial aneurysm was first definitively identified via MRA, CTA, or DSA; 5. Availability of complete clinical, therapeutic, and follow-up imaging data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any intracranial arterial aneurysm or cerebrovascular malformation that had been definitively diagnosed prior to Gamma Knife treatment; 2.Suffering from a known systemic disease predisposing to aneurysm formation (e.g., polycystic kidney disease, connective tissue disorders, etc.); 3.Aneurysm located contralateral to or distant from the treatment field, and other common etiologies (such as hypertension, atherosclerosis) cannot be ruled out; 4.Severely insufficient clinical or imaging data for reliable assessment.
