GLIM diagnosis and nutritional education/dietary guidance for NRS>=3

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Diagnosed with stress-induced hyperglycemia; 3. Scheduled to undergo surgery in our hospital; 4. Nutritional Risk Screening (NRS) score >= 3 at admission; 5. Clear consciousness, adequate verbal communication and comprehension skills; 6. Has provided informed consent and voluntarily agrees to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant patients; 2. Patients with unstable vital signs, ketoacidosis, or severe dysfunction of the heart, liver, kidneys, or other vital organs; 3. Patients currently participating in other interventional studies.
