Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for cross-sectional studies: 1. Participants aged 40 years or older; 2. Residents of the community for at least one year; 3. Individuals with unimpeded communication and clear verbal expression; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation. Inclusion criteria for the intervention study: 1. Community residents aged 40 years or above; 2. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the investigation; 3. Educational attainment of primary school level or above; 4. Ability to engage in effective communication and interaction.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for cross-sectional survey: 1. Participants unable to cooperate with the survey (those with severe hearing/language impairments); 2. Participants who explicitly declined to participate in the study. Exclusion criteria for the intervention trial: 1. Individuals with cognitive or language dysfunction; 2. Illiterates; 3. Participants who had undergone similar training or research.
