3 Years to 6 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for GDD as outlined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition (DSM-5); 2. Children aged 3 to 6 years with mild to severe symptoms; 3. Enrolled children have no history of epilepsy and show no epileptiform waves on EEG; 4. Parents have signed an informed consent form and are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with inherited metabolic disorders; 2. Patients with hearing impairments; 3. Children with epilepsy; 4. Patients with metal implants or hearing aids, or those with acute infectious diseases; 5. Children with lower limb amputations; 6. Children with contraindications for rTMS treatment (e.g., significantly elevated intracranial pressure).
