Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have undergone maintenance hemodialysis for>=3 months. 2.Age >=18 years. 3.Conscious and lucid, with normal communication ability. 4.Able to independently complete questionnaires and intervention activities. 5.Provide informed consent and voluntarily agree to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe complications such as acute heart failure or active infections who are in an unstable clinical condition. 2.Patients with other malignant tumors or severe dysfunction of major organs. 3.Patients with cognitive impairment, severe mental illness, or communication barriers that preclude study participation. 4.Patients currently enrolled in other psychological or behavioral intervention studies.
