Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 - 75 years old; 2. Received anti-PD-1/anti-PD-L1/anti-CTLA-4 treatment and diagnosed with >=G2 grade irAE colitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with inflammatory bowel disease; 2.Gastrointestinal infections; 3.Recent use of antibiotics or probiotics;
