Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The subjects voluntarily participated in the study and signed the informed consent form. 2. Patients diagnosed with membranous nephropathy and positive for serum PLA2R through renal biopsy. 3. Older than 18 years old. 4. Follow-up period longer than 12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Comorbid with other kidney diseases; 2. Comorbid with tumors, infectious diseases, rheumatic diseases, drugs and toxins, etc. as secondary factors; 3. Pregnant or lactating state; 4. Previous history of using hormones and immunosuppressants.
