Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age < 18 years old, diagnosed with glioma (WHO grades I-IV) by MRI or histopathological examination; 2. Initial diagnosis or recurrence without receiving systemic treatment (radiotherapy/chemotherapy); 3. Complete and accurate case data available; 4. The patient or their family has given informed consent to this protocol.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who died due to severe complications after the surgery; 2. Those who had previously received tumor-targeted therapy or immunotherapy.
