Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) stages 1–5 (Estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate (eGFR) = 6 months, with complete baseline and follow-up eGFR data; 5. Complete clinical data, including demographic characteristics, medical history, laboratory tests, medication history, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 20%.

Annual rate of eGFR decline in patients with chronic kidney disease;
