Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female factor infertility, including pelvic and fallopian tube factors, ovulation disorders, endometriosis, polycystic ovary;The previous IVF failed for unknown reasons or the fertilization rate was less than 30%, and the number of retrieved eggs in the cycle was greater than 6. Semen collected during masturbation on the day of egg retrieval after 3-5 days of abstinence by the male partner, with a semen volume >= 1.5ml and a concentration>15x10^6/ml.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The female is over 40 years old, excluding cases of severe internal medicine complications, and the number of eggs retrieved by the female is less than 6;Male patients with severe oligoasthenozoospermia, epididymal and testicular sperm aspiration, and retrograde ejaculation;PGT patients.
