Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The interviewee is a caregiver; 2. Simultaneously taking care of disabled elderly and children and adolescents aged 18 and below, care refers to the care of daily life; 3. Care for disabled elderly refers to those aged 60 or above who have difficulty in one or more indicators in the basic or instrumental daily activity ability scale;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The interviewee suffers from communication barriers, such as deafness and muteness; 2. The interviewee has a major illness or mental illness; 3. The interviewee withdrew midway due to physical discomfort, emotional breakdown, and other reasons;
