Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Medical care assistants who have completed standardized training in our hospital 2.Have been on the job for at least 3 months 3.Voluntarily participated in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those whose training was interrupted or who failed the assessment 2.Nursing assistants during the internship or probation period 3.Those who have taken long leaves (more than 15 days) within the last 3 months
