Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2. Have more than 3 years of football experience and hold a National Level 2 or above athlete certificate in football; 3. No injuries in the past 6 months; 4. Cannot participate in other experiments while participating in this experiment; 5. Voluntarily participate in the experiment, be able to actively participate in tests and training, and need to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Low compliance; 2. Lost to follow-up due to injury, withdrew midway; 3. Failed to cooperate
