Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with peripheral thrombotic disease at Renji Hospital between January 2016 and December 2025 who underwent mechanical thrombectomy. 2. Acute pancreatitis occurring within 14 days postoperatively; 3. The patient has signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute pancreatitis clearly caused by other reasons; 2. Patients who are unable or unwilling to participate in this trial.

The incidence of acute pancreatitis within 14 days after mechanical thrombectomy for peripheral thromboembolic disease;

Incidence of Severe Pancreatitis Within 14 Days Following Mechanical Thrombus Removal for Peripheral Thrombotic Diseases;Proportion of relevant risk factors (hyperlipidemia, history of alcohol abuse, biliary and pancreatic diseases, renal insufficiency);
