Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Medical staff: 1. From a tertiary hospital; 2. Medical staff with relevant professional qualification certificates and within the valid registration period; 3. Worked for >= 1 year; 4. Provided informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study. Disinfection items: 1. The department managers participating in the study provided informed consent; 2. Used normally during the study period.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medical staff: 1. Medical staff who are absent from their posts due to illness or leave; 2. Medical staff taking psychotropic drugs; 3. Interns or trainees. Disinfection items: 1. Temporary enhanced cleaning during sampling; 2. Undergoing other research and monitoring.
