Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent form; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Patients diagnosed with primary liver cancer according to the "Primary Liver Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2024 Edition)" and pathology; 4. Serum total bilirubin (TBil) > 34.2 µmol/L, accompanied by clinically visible jaundice (sclera, skin, mucous membranes, and/or body fluid yellowing); 5. Clear consciousness, with basic language expression and communication abilities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe cognitive impairment or mental illness, making effective communication impossible; 2. Critical or unstable condition, unable to tolerate an interview, deemed by the researcher as unsuitable to participate in this study.
