Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histopathologically confirmed primary cervical, ovarian, or endometrial cancer; 2.Age between 18 and 75 years; 3. Intact cognitive function with sufficient comprehension and communication capacity; 4.Willingness to sign informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of malignancies in other sites; 2.Cognitive impairment or communication disorders; 3.History of psychiatric disorders.
