Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18 years old to 85 years old, male or female; 2. Clinically suspected AD patients and preclinical carriers with a family history of dementia; 3. Able to cooperate with Aß-PET imaging examination and neuropsychological assessment; 4. Agree to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous Aß-PET or cerebrospinal fluid tests were present and the patient or clinician already know about amyloid state, it is not necessary to perform Aß-PET again; 2.Aß-PET for non-medical purposes, such as legal assessments, insurance enrollments and entry examinations; 3.Cancer patients undergoing radiation therapy; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.Other conditions deemed unsuitable for study participation by the researcher, such as poor compliance, communication difficulties, etc;
