Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years old <= age <=45 years old No gender or ethnicity restrictions. 2. General anesthesia surgery for the thoracic department is expected to take more than 2 hours and be completed before 00:00; 3. Seek the opinions of the patients or their families and agree to participate in this trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age 45 years old; 2. Local anesthesia surgery; 3. Be directly admitted to the ICU after the operation; 4. Pregnancy or lactation; 5. There has been a solid organ or bone marrow transplant; 6. Diseases that may affect immune-related indicators, such as autoimmune diseases like rheumatoid arthritis and SLE, or malignant hematological tumors (leukemia and lymphoma, etc.); 7. Acute brain injury (traumatic brain injury, subarachnoid hemorrhage, acute ischemic stroke, acute intracranial hemorrhage, acute intracranial infection); 8. Chronic kidney disease; 9. Acute myocardial infarction or severe heart failure (NYHA: Grade 4); 10. Severe chronic liver disease (Child-Pugh: Grade C); 11. Deafness, aphasia, mental illness or severe cognitive dysfunction; 12. The tracheal intubation was not removed within 48 hours after the operation. 13. Unwilling or unwillingness to provide informed consent or poor compliance. 14. There are contraindications to esketamine or serious adverse reactions from previous use;
