Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients identified as high-risk by the acute kidney injury prediction model; 2.Patients undergoing elective non-cardiac surgery under general anesthesia due to diseaseClearly understand, voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent form; 3.Patients are 65 years of age or older; 4.Clearly understand, voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of nephrectomy; 2.After a kidney transplant; 3.Congenital monokidney; 4.End-stage renal disease requires continuous renal replacement therapy; 5.Postoperative serum creatinine values are missing; 6.Emergency surgery; 7.United States Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade IV and above; 8.Contrast exposure 7 days before surgery;

The incidence of acute kidney injury within 7 days postoperatively.;
