Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The included study subjects have already left the ICU (transferred to another department or discharged); 2. ICU stay longer than 24 hours; 3. Use of at least 2 drugs during ICU stay; 4. If the same patient enters the ICU again, they are included as a new admission;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age <18 years; 2. Hospital medication exposure below threshold (<2 drugs); 3. Discharged or deceased within 24-48 hours with unexecuted medical orders; 4. Incomplete medical records/unverifiable medication data; 5. Failure to meet inclusion criteria.
