Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. Female patients pathologically diagnosed with breast cancer, with clinical stages I–III; 3. Patients who have completed surgery and are scheduled to undergo 6–8 cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy (each cycle lasting 21 days); 4. Clear consciousness, no communication barriers, able to move independently, and capable of reading; 5. Willing to participate in the study and able to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other concurrent malignancies or in the terminal stage of any disease; 2. Patients diagnosed with psychiatric disorders before or after the breast cancer diagnosis; 3. Patients diagnosed with gastrointestinal, hematologic, immune, or inflammatory diseases; 4. Patients who have used targeted therapy, radiotherapy, sleep aids, anxiolytics, antidepressants, immunosuppressants, or similar medications within the past 21 days; 5. Patients who are pregnant or lactating.
