Test group :undergoing pelvic-floor-structure- preserving posterior approach radical prostatectomy.
Control group:undergoing Retzius-preserving posterior approach radical prostatectomy.

No minimum to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Localized prostate cancer diagnosed by pathology (cT1-2N0M0) ; 2. Age =22 points and no history of erectile dysfunction treatment; 5. PSA4-20ng\/ml, Gleason score <=4+3; 6. Patients agreed to be random and signed informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Urinary incontinence (ICI-Q-SF=6) or neurogenic bladder before operation. 2. History of pelvic radiotherapy, chemotherapy, surgery and endocrine therapy. 3. Imaging suspected lymph node metastasis or bone metastasis. 4. Severe cardiopulmonary disease can not tolerate surgery. 5. Patients who the researchers think are not suitable for this clinical trial.
