Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All male or female Chinese community dwelling elders aged of 60 years old or older. 2. Elders who have not completed 3 doses of COVID-19 vaccines. 3. Able to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have dementia and/or cannot understand Cantonese. 2. Elders who are currently in nursing home. 3. Concurrently involved in another clinical trial, educational intervention program
