Drug Treatment Group:Loratadine + Intranasal Corticosteroids
Dust Mite Single ILIT Group:Intralymphatic injection of dust mite allergen 1000SQ into inguinal lymph node, 0.1ml
Animal Dander Single ILIT Group:Intralymphatic injection of animal dander allergen 1:100000 (dilution factor) into inguinal lymph node, 0.1ml

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All the research subjects met the diagnostic criteria for allergic rhinitis. 2. The allergic allergens of all the research subjects were dust mites and animals (positive skin prick test or allergen-specific lgE serum level greater than or equal to 0.35kU/L).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Uncontrolled or severe asthma (FEV1<70%) 2. Accompanied by psychological and mental disorders, unable to cooperate with treatment 3. Accompanied by severe immune, congenital, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. 4. Has experienced serious adverse reactions of AIT
