Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of the subjects is >= 18 years old; 2. Clinically diagnosed as infectious diseases and stayed in ICU for more than 3 days; 3. Anti-infection treatment with vancomycin, meropenem, or voriconazole; 4. The first TDM of vancomycin, meropenem, or voriconazole, and the TDM was conducted during the ICU stay; 5. Undergo CRRT for 24 hours or no-undergo CRRT during the period from medication to TDM.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Vancomycin and meropenem administration were not intravenous; 2. CRRT time is less than 24 hours during the period from medication to TDM blood collection; 3. Conversation between oral and injectable voriconazole during the medication to TDM blood collection period; 4. medication is administrated from different manufacturers During the period from medication to TDM blood collection.
