Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 50 years old; 2. This is the first time for shoulder arthroscopic rotator cuff repair; 3. Meets the diagnostic criteria for massive rotator cuff tear; 4. Provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined shoulder joint labrum tear and fracture; 2. Irreparable massive rotator cuff tear; 3. Complicated with severe systemic diseases, such as malignant tumors, uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes, etc.; 4. Unconscious and unable to cooperate. 5.The patient and their accompanying family members are unable to use smartphones.
