Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 75 years; 2. Patients with Lp(a) test data; 3. Undergoing coronary angiography; 4. Having complete admission biochemical and other laboratory indicators.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver dysfunction (Child-Pugh C grade); 2. Renal dysfunction (estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) < 30 mL/(min·1.73 m^2) or undergoing dialysis treatment); 3. Severe infection (sepsis, septic shock); 4. Patients with malignant tumors, malignant hematological diseases, or autoimmune diseases; 5. Those with incomplete data due to various reasons.
