Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 60 years old; 2. Diagnosed with intertrochanteric femoral fracture or femoral neck fracture; 3. Non-pathological fracture; 4. Complete data and availability for follow-up;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age < 60 years old; 2. Patients who cannot cooperate with the study (such as those with cognitive impairment, mental disorders, etc.); 3. Patients who cannot be followed up; 4. Patients who did not have their hip fracture for the first time;
