Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Pathologically confirmed primary IgA nephropathy by renal biopsy; 3.Complete clinical baseline data and blood biochemical test results within 2 weeks before or after renal biopsy; 4.Complete renal pathology report including Oxford classification (MEST-C) scores.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary IgA nephropathy (e.g., Henoch–Schönlein purpura nephritis, liver cirrhosis, lupus nephritis, diabetic nephropathy, etc.); 2.Patients who received corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, or cytotoxic drugs before renal biopsy; 3.Concurrent malignancy, acute infection, or acute kidney injury; 4.Severely lacking clinical or pathological data.
