Knee osteoarthritis

Interventions

Control group:Celecoxib 0.2g (200mg) capsule orally twice daily + isometric quadriceps strengthening exercise
Experimental Group 1:Celecoxib 0.2g (200mg) capsule orally twice daily + isometric quadriceps strengthening exercise + hamstring stretching exercise
Experimental Group 2:Celecoxib 0.2g (200mg) capsule orally twice daily + isometric quadriceps strengthening exercise + hamstring strengthening training

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Outpatients meeting the KOA diagnostic criteria, or patients discharged following treatment with a clinically effective outcome; 2. Individuals aged 50–75 years with independent mobility; 3. Patients with radiographic findings classified as Grade I to Grade III according to the Kellgren-Lawrence scale, whose pain VAS score was 6 or below following treatment for acute exacerbation; 4. All subjects voluntarily signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with osteoarthritis requiring surgical treatment. 2. Patients with a history of other medication use within the past 3 months. 3. Patients with fractures caused by trauma, local acute inflammation, knee joint tumors, or tuberculosis. 4. Patients with a history of knee joint surgery, knee joint deformity, or lower extremity neurovascular disorders. 5. Patients with chronic or recurrent pain other than KOA requiring analgesic use, including acetaminophen, NSAIDs, compound over-the-counter medications containing analgesic components, traditional Chinese medicines potentially containing analgesic active ingredients, or topical analgesics. 6. Patients with cognitive impairment or underlying conditions (such as psychiatric disorders, severe visual impairment, neurological dysfunction, lumbar spine disorders, or plantar disorders), as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women who are unable to complete the exercise program. 7. Patients who have previously undergone similar exercise therapy treatment. 8. Patients with limited upper limb mobility, abnormal muscle strength, or other upper limb conditions affecting gripping or pulling function. 9. Patients with hypersensitivity to Celecoxib Capsules.
