Control group:Conventional drug therapy + 2 weeks of non-real transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy
Experimental group:Conventional drug therapy + 2 weeks of transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hemiplegia who meet the diagnostic criteria for acute ischemic stroke and whose condition has been stable within 48 hours of onset; 2. First-time stroke, with complete clinical data; 3. Aged 18 years or older, fully informed about the information, and voluntarily participating in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with combined traumatic brain injury, intracranial tumors, or cerebral hemorrhage; 2. Patients with severe heart, liver, or kidney diseases; 3. Patients with intracranial metal implants, magnetic chips, heart pacemaker implants, or skull defects; 4. Patients with severe mental illness; 5. History of using drugs that alter cortical excitability (sedatives, antidepressants); 6. Patients with severe cognitive and communication impairments who cannot cooperate or refuse to participate.
