18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years. 2. First-time implantation of a single-chamber or dual-chamber permanent pacemaker with active fixation leads via the subclavian vein approach. 3. possession of a smartphone, tablet, or computer, and the ability to independently operate the study system. 4. provision of informed consent and agreement to comply with the 1-month and 3-month follow-up assessments after discharge.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Implantation of a leadless pacemaker or subcutaneous implantable cardioverter-defibrillator. 2. Pre-existing or highly suspected underlying conditions that may limit shoulder mobility, such as frozen shoulder, rotator cuff injury, or limb dysfunction after stroke. 3. A history of severe trauma or surgery in the ipsilateral upper limb with significant functional impairment. 4. Comorbid severe mental illness or cognitive impairment.
