18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18–80 years; no restriction on sex; 2.A confirmed diagnosis of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), meeting the diagnostic criteria proposed by the 2022 European Society of Cardiology (ESC) guidelines; 3.Written informed consent obtained from the participant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pre-capillary pulmonary hypertension due to other causes (e.g., lung diseases, chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension, or other conditions); 2.Any form of post-capillary or mixed pulmonary hypertension; 3.Severe renal impairment or end-stage renal disease (eGFR < 30 ml/min/1.73 m^2); 4.Presence of malignancy or other severe systemic diseases.
